CES Systems

Bluescope was approached by CES Systems in February 2021 to discuss a website redesign project for their site, cessystems.net. The new website was to be built using WordPress as a CMS with the aim to give the website a fresh look and feel.

The main aim of the website is to provide customers with vital information about the services that CES Systems provide, opening hours, and more. Additionally, the website was to be built with SEO in mind to assist in gaining more traffic to the website.

CES Systems provide Security Services from Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access control and 24 Hour Monitoring. They are licensed with the Private Security Authority (PSA) and registered with the EQA as an approved installer.

Throughout development, the existing website remained live while we developed their new website in a staging environment. By working closely with CES Systems, we were able to create a website tailored to their needs while keeping mobile functionality in mind. The new website includes fully mobile-responsive menus which allows their customers to view on any mobile device. Contact forms were placed on relevant pages to allow customers to easily contact the business for more information or to request a quote.

Before switching over to the new site, we ensured that all best practice SEO methods were in place, including necessary 301 redirects. Without these in place, Search Engines such as Google would not know which pages to send their customers. A ‘.ie’ domain was purchased and forwarded to their website to help increase their SEO ranking in Ireland.

The new site replaced the old site with minimal disruption and has been running smoothly since its launch in July 2021.
