Down Syndrome Limerick

Bluescope was approached by Down Syndrome Limerick in May 2014 with the hopes of redesigning their existing website which had become outdated and non-responsive. The goal was to create a new functional website in which the Down Syndrome Limerick team could promote the daily ongoings of their organisation.

The Down Syndrome Limerick Branch supports people with Down Syndrome and their families. The Association is parent led and all services and activities represent the wishes of their members.

Bluescope worked closely with the Down Syndrome Limerick team to create a responsive website in which promotes their latest news, events, and assists in reaching the people and families who require support.

Bluescope provided training to the Down Syndrome Limerick team to illustrate how to use the backend of the website and how to update the latest news and events. Down Syndrome Limerick have remained as a Managed Services client of Bluescope Technologies. We provide the organisation with all maintenance of their website, including backups and disaster recovery, as well as solving any IT issues that may arise within their organisation. As a result, Down Syndrome Limerick can spend less time operating their website and IT infrastructure and can continue to spend more time providing excellent support to individuals and families in the Limerick area.
