This monthly fee is calculated by how many users there are in a business or organisation, and how many computers, servers, and devices will need to be managed. Once an issue is logged in our database, our team receives a notification, which is then delegated to one of our IT engineers who will interpret if the issue can be resolved remotely or if it will require an on-site visit.
