Bluescope was approached by Limerick Sports Partnership to build a website for the 3rd TAFISA European Sport for All Games, taking place in Limerick from 7-10 August 2026. The brief was for a clear, welcoming website to inform visitors and delegates about everything the Games entail.
The European Sport for All Games is a festival celebrating traditional sports, games and cultures from across Europe, bringing together delegations from numerous countries. Hosted in Limerick by Limerick Sports Partnership in partnership with TAFISA, the 2026 Games feature close to 50 traditional sports and games over four days of events across the city.
The primary purpose of the website is to provide visitors with information on the full schedule of events across Limerick and to showcase everything the Games have to offer. As an event-specific website built around a fixed set of dates, the focus throughout was on clarity and ease of navigation, so that both local visitors and international delegates can quickly find what they need.
With multiple countries travelling to Limerick for the Games, a language switcher was built into the website so that it remains accessible to visitors who do not speak English as a first language. A dedicated Traditional Sports & Games section gives each of the featured games its own page, allowing visitors to explore the individual sports and cultures on show during the event. It was also important to recognise the people behind the Games, so the organisers and partners are credited prominently across the site.
A newsletter signup was integrated into the footer so that it appears on every page, giving visitors a simple way to stay up to date in the lead-up to the event. Best practice SEO methods were put in place throughout this website.
Bluescope began website development in November 2025 and the website was completed in February, 2026.
