Did you know that the Local Enterprise Office (LEO) is offering businesses a grant of up to €2,500 towards your e-commerce website?

This grant is named the Trading Online Voucher, and the LEO is offering businesses the opportunity to apply for the voucher once you meet the below criteria:

You do not currently operate an e-commerce website, or you have limited e-commerce presence;
Your business has 10 or less employees;
Turnover is less than €2m;
Your business has been trading for at least 6 months;
Your business must be located in an area covered by the LEO in which you make your application.

If you meet the above requirements, your business is eligible to apply for the Trading Online Voucher. This voucher scheme, if approved, grants your business with *50% of the total website development cost up to the value of €2,500. Your business is required to pay 10% of the total cost.

As of recently, the LEO are allowing businesses who have previously received a voucher to apply for a second voucher, where upgrades for your website may be required.

Applications for this voucher are available from April 7th 2020 until September 30th 2020. You can learn more about the Trading Online Voucher on the Local Enterprise Office’s website.
