To achieve this, Bluescope would install an agent on to your company workstations and/or server that will run seamlessly in the background and without disruption. This agent detects any unusual changes or activity in your equipment.

Our remote monitoring tools measure and monitor your hardware’s disk usage, failed login attempts, critical events such as computer crashes, hardware health, and more.

Patch management is included with our remote monitoring agent*. This is the process of evaluating the updates your software needs to stay up to date and ahead of any potential threats that may occur. For security purposes, it is recommended that all systems are kept up to date at all times, which is why our remote monitoring agent will perform any updates at a time of day that will not interfere with your schedule. 

*Patch management supports Windows related software as well as many, but not all, third party software.
