Bluescope was approached by Wine in Cloud Software Solutions, an Australian-based software company, in late July 2015. Wine in Cloud Software Solutions (WICSS) did not operate a website prior to this discussion but required a resource intensive website in which users could visit to gain as much information as possible before choosing WICSS services.
Wine in Cloud Software Solutions is the leading provider of end-to-end, integrated retail and 3PL (3rd Party Logistics), warehousing, supply chain planning, and execution solutions for customers in the United Kingdom, Australia, and Hong Kong. WICSS’s unique approach empowers its clients to achieve more by optimising systems and workflows and providing amazing customer facing experiences.
With many aspects to WICSS’s business model in which we wanted to get across to the public, Bluescope and WICSS worked closely together, despite the time zone differences, to develop a responsive and informational website to draw in customers.
Bluescope were able to create all content for the new website with the help of WICSS. We found that by understanding how the WICSS business model worked, it assisted us in portraying their vision to the world through this new website.
Bluescope began website development in August 2015 and completed the website in early September 2015.
Bluescope Technologies retained Wine in Cloud Software Solutions as a client by availing of our Website Administration Service, which outsources all website maintenance to Bluescope. We provide WICSS with regular updates, content changes, backups, software upgrades, and much more each month. As a result of this service, WICSS can spend less time operating their website and spend more time growing their business.
We engaged Bluescope to compile our corporate site in 2015. Having made an in house attempt at a simpler site, on one of those pre-defined Websites which are pitched to the public as “Easy to do yourself” we quickly realised this was not the case! In speaking with both Ciarán and Deirdre, we realised that the best thing was to get the pro’s to do it.
They convinced us that Joomla CMS and hosting was the appropriate solution and would make maintenance easier and more cost effective. They followed our brief, worked with marketing on the branding and came up with the current site within one month.
They were very professional, easy to work with, keen, willing to accept criticism/feedback and worked very hard to provide us with the required solution, on time, and on budget.
